Milan, 6th July – Reputation Manager, Italy’s leading provider since 2004 of reputation analysis, management, enhancement and protection, has acquired a majority stake in Twister Communications Group, a key player in corporate and financial communications since 1994 and one of Italy’s pioneering firms in its specialist sector.
This gives rise to a new integrated hub dedicated to reputation intelligence, strategic communication and narrative governance.
The agreement represents a significant step in the evolution of both organisations and reflects a shared vision of how communication and reputation are changing in an increasingly digital and AI-driven landscape.
