    Fabio Raineri founds Doremus & Company Italia, a business communication company. It is the Milan-based Italian branch of the US network Doremus & Company, in turn, a part of the Diversified Agency Services of Omnicon Group.

    Partners and professionals of Doremus & Company realise a management-buy-out of the company: D&C Financial Communication is born.

  • 2002

    D&C joins GFC/NET, an international network of independent companies that operate in financial and corporate communications.

  • 2004

    D&C and Tandem merge and become Twister Communications Group, which positions itself among the top ten Italian enterprises in the public relations and business communication sectors.

  • 2006

    Twister is a leader in the communication advisors’ Merger Market ranking for M&A operations in Italy.

  • 2007

    Twister makes its entry in large-scale consumer goods communication, acquiring the majority of Perego&Solera, a marketing company specialized in communication for home & lifestyle, living and technology businesses.

  • 2010

    Twister subsidiary IPS is born from the integration of Perego&Solera and Interzone (digital communications and corporate events). Twister is the first one in the Merger Market ranking of communication advisors for M&A operations.

  • 2012

    Twister integrates IPS, setting up a single company arranged in three areas: Corporate & Finance, Consumer and Digital.

  • 2013

    Twister opens an office in Rome and establishes Twister Middle East.

  • 2014

    The company is specialized in corporate and financial communications. A group of over 40 professionals is born.

  • 2016

    Twister establishes a Partnership with a company based in Rome.

  • 2017

    It joins the two existing divisions: Corporate & Finance and Consumer Goods & Lifestyle.
